Founder of CapStone, Steve King has a passion for homebuilding and home remodeling.  He has over 15 years of professional design and construction experience.  Steve’s creativity shows in numerous local design/build projects.  He is a volunteer member of a local Planning and Zoning commission and has built a custom home featured on HGTV.

As a licensed commercial and residential General Contractor and master craftsman, Steve's experience ranges from large condo projects, single family home subdivisions and  "fix and flips",  to urban upscale custom home infill projects. Along the way, numerous remodel projects ranging from simple upgrades to whole house remodels have been completed.  He brings a broad knowledge of architectural design as well as construction means and methods.  His ability to creatively build while getting the most of out the budget has earned him accolades from his clientele.  Steve has been featured in the Rocky Mountain News and several local newspapers, as well as front page of the Denver Business Journal.

This Littleton kitchen remodel is in an urban setting that was built on a lot where a rundown condemned house was scraped and a 3500 sf house was constructed. This house was featured on HGTV.

We took an unfunctional, poorly designed Littleton basement bathroom, relocated soffits, heat runs, plumbing, and remodeled it to create a spa type bathroom that includes this steam shower.
